January 2008 John Crouthamel named to serve as a board member for the ATA’s Southeastern Region. In this volunteer position, John will be working with other teleservice professionals to focus on creating a cohesive southeastern council of ATA members.
September 2007 zConnex was selected to help a major publisher review and assess it current teleservice program for inbound customer care. In this role, zConnex will look to coordinate reviews of all options, including outsourcing to augment the clients in-house capabilities. zConnex was selected after a detailed review of other competitors to facilitate this important project.
July 2007 zConnex was selected to provide oversight on a CRM project review program for a major player in health care services. This project includes evaluating the best solutions available and working with the providers and the client to create an end deliverable that not only woks well with their current business objectives, but provide a much needed stable foundation for their explosive growth.

Authtel Incorporated, through a partnership with the zConnex Group, announces the release of AuthLinx Pro – a Cost Savings, Real-Time, Transparent Compliance Solution for Telemarketers.
Authtel, a company specializing in marketing compliance solutions for the teleservices industry, today announced the release of AuthLinx Pro, a server that interfaces to their proprietary Company Specific Permission (CSP) Marketing System. The system has been deployed in Beta Testing at AnswerNet Network in Ohio.
